COMPANY HISTORY

BoingTech is a vertically integrated RFID tag solution provider. Our products include UHF & HF inlays, labels, tags, card inlays and cards. We offer customers both ready-made and tailored solutions for a broad range of applications and markets including retail, library, transportation, NFC and more.

BoingTech was established in 2009 by a group of veterans in the RFID industry with the goal of combining manufacturing innovation,higher quality standards and excellent service to offer premium value to its customers. BoingTech’s manufacturing strengths include antenna processing, inlay and label manufacturing, lamination and card production. This broad range of in-house capabilities enables us to provide cost-effective products with uncompromised quality.

Domestic sales representative

Responsibility:

Initiate and implement annual marketing plan in domestic market.
Initiate and plan the marketing development, manage and control marketing budget and resource allocation strategy, provide guarantee to the growth of the whole business and market share.
Closely communication with the customer, in-time grasp the customer demands. Provide the customer an initiative、passionate and considerable service.
Handle enquiry and quotation, negotiate and conclude the contract terms. Keep in coordination with other company department in the process of implementing the contract.
Conduct solid research and analysis for the key market and personal weekly working report.
Maintain and develop new sales channel and new customers, especially end-users.
Collect the latest marketing information and customer feedbacks to support the company marketing strategy and after-sale service.

Education and Experience:

1、Responsible for new product process design
2、Responsible for the preparation, implementation and supervision of new product process plan
3、Responsible for the preparation of new product process validation report
4、Responsible for checking new product performance and SOP development
5、Review the relevant design drawings
6、Cooperate with relevant personnel to do new product technical support and provide decision-making help

RFID Label Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

Relevant domestic marketing working experience preferred.
Proficient in English， both written and oral, CET 4 or above.
Relevant marketing degree preferred, junior college and above.

Requirements:

1、College degree or above required, major in electronics, mechanical engineering or related
2、More than three years related working experience, RFID industry experience is preferred
3、Proficiency in office software, with strong English reading and writing skills
4、With strong data analysis capabilities
5、Can use die-cutting,slitting and laminating equipment
6、Have a certain insight on the design of the new product process, strong practical ability, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination ability.
